Cannot recommend highly enough! I arrived after a pretty significant injury, and was taken such great care of. Their check in process was fast and easy - making GREAT use of technology to speed things along. The front desk staff was easy and also really transparent, explaining to myself and the other person there that an emergent patient was on the way and may take precedence, but that they would keep up updated. I was taken back by a lovely nurse (thank you Siovanne), who was kind and gentle with my injuries, as was everyone I interacted with. They also limited unnecessary movement, which was much appreciated. The MD was kind and very thorough. And I cannot say enough good things about the X-ray technician, Fred. He spent at least an hour with me, taking a huge umber of x-rays, but patiently waiting while helping me move into position around my injuries. All of these people could not have been kinder or more considerate. Truly what health care professionals should be. Once done, not only did the MD provide my results quickly, but Fred put them on a disc so I can provide them to my follow up referral. Really, they thought of everything. THANK YOU ALL!

Highly disorganized place. After checking in it takes hours for doctor to examine you. You will be put in one room for hours and no one seems knowing whether you(patient) are existing in their rooms. Nurses, Attendants are very impatient and irritating. They car damn about the patients. Very inhospitable urgent care. They make you more sick keeping you alone in one small room for hours. The whole irritating saga starts with impatient front desk person from the time registration. Could not get into Patient portal. When asked, they say they can’t help, because they are not IT, and don’t have good IT support for patient portal. You will never know your blood work results because you can’t get into patient portal system. But I found the Doctor is very helpful, when he examined me, after hours of my waiting; took me personally to a specialist for immediate appointment..

The staff is the friendliest, most caring and kind urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. Because of Covid restrictions, they had to come out to my car to treat me recently when I was sick with bronchitis. It was 30 and pouring down rain and the doctor stood at the side of my car for 15 minutes talking to me and diagnosing me and giving me helpful information. This is the only urgent care facility I will go to in the future.

Very unprofessional office, sustained a rib injury a week ago, went in to be seen by them and when called for a refill on medication to help me sleep through the significant pain I am experiencing on Monday they said it wouldn't be a problem but my doctor wasn't in and now I call back when my doctor is in and they say they simply don't do that.. as a working class person with no insurance I cannot afford to drop another couple hundred dollars to be seen by these people or to go to another doctor to get the bare minimum I need to sleep and to actually get rest to heal my injury. This place is everything wrong with our medical industry, they push people to have to go to the streets to get what they need. DO NOT waste your time or money going here. Go literally anywhere else!!

Fred and the doctor were excellent! Check-in is easy and the entire facility is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend to anyone!
